This lovely three bedroom home was purchased in the spring of 2008. Built circa 1900, it had been converted to a duplex at some point previous. The house had sat vacant and boarded for an extended period and there was much exterior and interior damage. Plumbing and electrical wiring had been stripped from the house. Much of the kitchen floor and bathroom floor was rotted and missing. The extra front door was removed and a window added.
