Bob Schmitz Properties has been serving the Durham area for over twenty years, providing renovated, quality rental properties with character to neighborhoods surrounding Duke University's East Campus area.

Bob Schmitz Properties currently offers a portfolio of over 250 rental properties in 100 different locations to our residents.  Ranging from renovated studios to apartments to restored 7 bedroom Victorian houses and all points in between, it is our company's mission to provide quality properties at a fair price, and to diligently maintain your home with excellent service both in the field and in the office.

Bob Schmitz Properties employs a full-time maintenance team to promptly and efficiently address repairs in your home and other maintenance concerns, and would like to assure you that all of your maintenance requests will be addressed within sixteen business hours.  We also offer you the support of a professional and dedicated office team who are readily available to address any and all of your concerns.
